Cancellation & Refund Policy

Wisdom Path Consulting offers individually scoped consulting engagements rather than standardized, immediately purchased packages. Fees, deliverables, timelines, and any cancellation provisions are explained in a written proposal or service agreement before payment.

Before an engagement begins

You may decline a proposal without obligation before accepting it. If you have accepted a proposal but wish to cancel before work begins, please contact us promptly. Any deposit treatment or applicable cancellation charges will follow the signed agreement and applicable law.

After work begins

Requests to cancel, reschedule, or end a consulting engagement are handled according to the written agreement and work already performed or committed. We do not promise automatic refunds for services already delivered. Any refund due under the agreement or applicable consumer law will be honored.

Rescheduling

For meetings or consultations, please request changes as early as possible. Rescheduling terms, including any fees, will be provided in your written booking or service agreement.

Questions, concerns, and disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect or you are dissatisfied with a service, please use our contact form so we can review your concern and respond. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
